Withered Maxie resembles her original counterpart from the first game; being a white and pink animatronic tiger with pink stripe per arm and two stripes per leg. She also sports a black bowtie and two buttons. Similar to Withered George, she has a jaw with cubic teeth and no top teeth, plus some hair strands on her forehead. Her head-shape appears to be more squarish unlike the other withered animatronics.
She, much like the other animatronics in the game, are damaged, and also having black eyes and white pupils. She has holes all over her body that reveal the endoskeleton beneath the suit, and portions on both sides of her forehead torn out. she has an endoskeleton right ear, and her left ear is missing, leaving a nub.
Jollibee: As Above, So Below
In Jollibee: As Above, So Below, Withered Maxie would've been much more withered and broken, and even having tape paper that says "DISCARDED" wrapped around her head, just like Withered George.

Description
Audio
Withered Maxie's jumpscare sound. This is shared with the rest of the withered animatronics in Jolly 3: Chapter 1.
Trivia
Despite being similar to the Fantasy model of Maxie from Jolly, they aren't the same.
Withered Maxie is confirmed in 2022 to be a prototype model of Fantasy Maxie that was built in 1999.
Maxie is the fourth animatronic to actually speak in the Jolly series.
This is the first counterpart of Maxie that can speak.
Withered Maxie seems to be the least withered animatronic in Jolly 3: Chapter 1.
She has the ability to turn her head 360 degrees, as seen in her jumpscare animation and the trailer.
In the Thank You! image, Withered Maxie's model is given a horizontal flip, which is most apparent by her left ear remaining intact and her right ear being missing. This is very similar to Mangle's model in the Thank You! images from Five Nights at Freddy's, where their eyes swap places, and their endoskeleton head is on the opposite of their body.
