Below is a list of unused/scrapped content throughout the Jolly and Jollibee's games.

Jolly

Jolly's Jumpscare (Pre-1.5, PC only)

Fantasy Jolly had an old jumpscare that was in the game for two years until the widescreen (1.5) update somewhere at around 2018 and was replaced with a better one because IvanG didn't like it. The old jumpscare can still be seen in the mobile version and the extras, however. The new jumpscare has much more motion and a lot faster than the old one.

Tweetie's Jumpscare (Demo/Beta)

TweetieJumpscare

Tweetie's beta jumpscare.

Tweetie had an old jumpscare where she has no lighting and motion blur, and that she lacks the endoskeleton head, making it as if you got jumpscared by a Tweetie suit instead of the actual Tweetie. This jumpscare animation was unsatisfactory, so IvanG replaced it with a new one that includes the lighting, motion blur, and the endoskeleton.

Glowing Map

"The map that you see in the camera was supposed to glow, but then the idea was dropped due to it making the game more futuristic than scary."

Jolly Running Animations

"Jolly was supposed to run while going in your office but then it was dropped due to the animations being unrealistic and too childish, ruining the game's realism."

Minimalistic Icon

"The icon on the demo actually wasn't final. After the demo was released, its made simplistic icon to replace the current one".

FNiM Easter Egg

There was meant to be an Easter egg where Withered Freddy, from IvanG's past game, "Five Nights in Minecraft", would appear in place of Metalionette in the Parts & Service room in CAM 11. It is unknown why this was scrapped, but it is possible that it would distract the AI of Metalionette or other reasons.

Metalionette in Front of You

Due to Metalionette being a "Keep the camera on or you're dead" mechanic, Metalionette appearing infront of your office was removed. Metalionette was supposed to travel through the elevator along with the "others". But then this would make the gameplay more repetitive, hence taking down the idea.

Golden Tweetie

Golden Tweetie

There was apparently a sign of a "Golden Tweetie", as shown in the FNaF Fangame Wiki, posted on November 23rd, 2017. It is unknown what she represents, but was possibly scrapped primarily due to Red Fantasy Jolly Prototype existing. It is possible that Golden Tweetie could mean that Tweetie was going to be the a main antagonist of the game before it got shifted to Jolly.

Red Fantasy Jolly Prototype Killscreen (Demo/Beta)

There was a single image of RFJP’s death screen in the files of the Jolly beta demo. It is the same as the current one, but without the red pupils and the image doesn't flash.

Secret Newspaper

Hidden in the files of Jolly is a newspaper titled "Technical difficulties", which has a grayscale image of Jolly without eyes and faceplates. It is said in the newspaper that Jolly's faceplates fell on a minor's head, crushing them to death and leading to the closure of Jolly's Fantasy World. It was also said that it had also lead to the events of the now removed Jollibee's with the animatronics. It is unknown what purpose the newspaper serves, but it was stated to either be a secret demo ending or a very secret full game ending.

Hidden in the same newspaper are some more Easter eggs of IvanG talking about his confusion on how "Five Nights in Minecraft" became very popular.

One of the sentences in this newspaper has a noticeable grammar error; in the sentence that describes what happened during the incident, it says "An animatronic accidentally crushed a minor's head in it's moving animated facial parts.". The correct way to write this would be "An animatronic accidentally crushed a minor's head in its moving animated facial parts."

Balloons

Found in the game files of the Demo, were three balloons.

Jolly 2

Unused Puppet

The Marionette/Puppet from FNaF 2 was meant to be an antagonist in Jolly 2, but was left unused for unknown reasons. A model of its head is shown in the Extras, but not known if it was ever finished, nor what its full body looks like.

Chica in Menu

Classic Jolly and Freddy appear in the menu for Jolly 2. However, in the files, Chica was originally going to be in the menu. It is unknown why this was unused. It's possible that Classic George, Bonnie and possibly Foxy were going to have these as well. However, she can be seen for a split second when the screen flashes on the title screen.

Jolly 3: Chapter 1

Jolly3Chapter1OldMenuFrame

Old Menu & Notebook about Metal Animatronics

The menu looked different before. It was changed to make it look more original. And even that, in the menu you've got an access to a notebook about Metal animatronics - Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, its purpose was to navigate a player to avoid these hallucinations. Versions before v. 1.0.3 (which is current version of Jolly 3: Chapter 1), have different menu and notebook about Metal animatronics.

FNiM Easter Egg in TVs

In the office, there is an Easter Egg where the player clicks on the buttons on the TVs above them. By doing that, IvanG's logo will appear and they cannot be turned off. In the game's files, there were three unused images found of the FNiM characters, specifically Withered Freddy (from FNiM: Classic), Springtrap (from FNiM 2), and Withered Freddy (from FNiM: Remastered), thus meaning that they were supposed to appear on TVs, but IvanG decided to scrap this idea.

Multiplayer

During the development of Update 2: Underground IvanG made a devlog post on Jolly 3 GameJolt page. In this devlog post there were some highlighted letters in bold - thus creating a word "multiplayer". But it is unknown why this idea got scrapped, but it possibly because of lack of player online.

Jolly 3: Chapter 2

Standalone Game To Separate Games

The entire game was originally just going to be an Update 2 to Jolly 3. Later, IvanG made a devlog post where he stated about his decisions of making the game separate from Chapter 1.

"Update 2 was initially planned to just include a “post-night” game with Jolly and George, but then I realized that there has to be more in the update. But adding more content to the second update will make the game’s size bigger. Making it quite impossible to upload it here in GameJolt with our very slow internet. That’s why I’ve decided to release Chapter 2: Underground not as an update (Update 2) to J3, but rather as a seperate game. Making it as a seperate game will enable me to add more content to the chapter. Heck, a freeroam game might be added. Who knows? ;)"

When Jolly 3: Chapter 2 came out as a separate game, Jolly 3 was renamed to "Jolly 3: Chapter 1".

Unused Map

There's an unused map shown in the Extras. What it would've been used for is currently unknown. It presumably would’ve been the beta map of the Jolly Factory’s second floor.

Endless Mode

There's an unused image in the game's files that refers to scrapped "Endless Mode", just like Jolly 3: Chapter 1. Judging by the picture, the player would need to survive as much as possible in free-roam mode.

CAM 7 + Vent

C7str
J3Ch2 vent cam not used

In Jolly 3: Chapter 2 there was supposed to be a vent type mechanic based animatronic and vent camera but it is unknown why it got scrapped. CAM 7 isn't even accessible nor implemented camera in the game. It's only preserved in the game's files.

It is possible that CAM 7 was supposedly to be a vent camera. In-game as is known there are 13 (not 14) cameras together in the Office base and thus are CAM 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

Settings (Phone)

In the game's files are two unused images of settings. Settings were presumably one of the phone's app and perhaps it was supposedly to be used to access the minigames but is currently unknown why it got scrapped, but it may assume that it would be pointless.

Jolly 4

Vintage Jolly

Vintage Jolly is the beta version of Jolly Goodtime that was made by Malrat_ during early days of development. He was eventually replaced by the bee everyone knows today, and is now known as Jolly Goodtime. He was revealed in the Official JOLLY Server in May 10th, 2022, with many images shown of his behind the scenes making, plus an unused teaser.

The Executioner

The Executioner is a scrapped soundtrack that was planned to be added in Jolly 4, but was removed because Weshek didn't like it. Soundtrack was posted in the Official JOLLY Server in August 14th, 2022.

Tal Goodtime Scrapped Mechanic

He would start in the Office, and be attached to his strings that would be connected to "rails" (of sorts) that would be connected to the ceiling of the second floor in the warehouse. Tal is searching for the "release" switch on his strings, which is located on the other side of the second floor. If he reaches the release switch, he will no longer be tied back from his strings, and all hell would break loose. The only way for the player to prevent this from happening would be to essentially "reel" him back into the Office using a lever drag attached to a wall in the Office, which (if spun for long enough) would bring him all the way back to the Office. This mechanic wouldve been a reference to Metalionettes mechanic from Jolly 1.

Pinagsama

Pinagsama was a scrapped character from Jollibee As Above So Below who wouldve made another appearance in Jolly 4, he was featured on one of previous draftof Jolly 4 in which it was a refurbished version of AASB. He was scrapped because he didnt fit in the lore and game.

Jolly 4 Unreal Engine

Originally, Jolly 4 was suppossed to be made in Unreal Engine, unfortunately the game was moved to Clickteam due to difficulties with the engine and IvanG wanted everyoned to play the game.

Jollibee's

Demo Jumpscares

Jollibee, Hetty, Yum, Popo and Twirlie all had old jumpscares in the demo of Jollibee's. Yum even had a jumpscare made for his minigame in the demo, which is the same animation aside from the different lighting, but the animation went unused due to the demo only containing the main night modes and no minigames.

These jumpscares were changed for the full game to have black eyes with red irises instead of their regular eyes, to make them appear more intimidating. Twirlie and Yum's jumpscares also had to be reanimated for unknown reasons, possibly because IvanG didn't like them or that they weren't animated well, especially with Twirlie.

Shock Mechanic

ShockMechanic

A “shock button” was found in the files of Jollibee’s, and was probably a mechanic planned for the game before it got scrapped. It is currently unknown what it was used for, but it could be possible that the mechanic is similar to Jolly 2’s stun mechanic.

Jollibee's: Phase 2

Boxes

The trailer showed a maximum of 150 boxes when the maximum is 100 in play. The amount of boxes was presumably decreased due to how much time it will take for the player to finish the night.

Unfiltered Jumpscares

The jumpscares for Phase 2 were edited with a brightened, deep-fried filter to give them a red and yellow color palette. The unedited versions can be seen in the extras.

Jollibee: As Above, So Below

The entire game was scrapped for copyright reasons. It would've featured:

  • Free Roam (since it was being made in Unreal Engine 4 as opposed to Clickteam)
  • Introduction to Pinagsama
  • Ability to explore beaches, forests, etc.
  • Different animals that aren't animatronics.
  • Post-Night levels
  • Returning animatronics: Withered George, Withered Tweetie, Withered Maxie and Antonette, all with slightly updated designs.

Miscellaneous

Jolly: Rival

Jolly: Rival is a cancelled movie adaptation of Jolly series that would have been directed by Cody Hughes.

Glitchiaonette's meaning

IvanG GA

Weshek asking IvanG about Glitchiaonette

Glitching Antonette or Glitchiaonette is a character which was manifasted in Jolly 3: Chapter 1, mainly known in 1st 8-bit minigame. But its meaning is overall irrelevant. And when Weshek asked IvanG about Glitchiaonette, IvanG replied that he doesn't know (or forgot).

Jolly: The Empty Soul Inside

Jolly: The Empty Soul Inside is a cancelled novel written by Ivan Gonzales and Cody Hughes. The novel was supposed to be released on May 7th, 2017, but it's been cancelled for unknown reasons.
