Rusty Freddy is one of the four main antagonists in Jolly 3: Chapter 2 who only appears in the post-night minigames, House. As the name suggests, he is a worn down, rusty version of Freddy who was kept in the storage cellar under the house and will try to attack the protagonist and slow their progress onto encrypting data, alongside the three other Rusty animatronics.

Appearance

Rusty Freddy has a very striking resemblance to the nightmare animatronics from Five Nights at Freddy's 4, with the sharp teeth and rusty textures to support it, hence his name. He has rips and tears all over his body, and is missing some of his suit, such as his hands, lower left arm, and feet, revealing the endoskeleton.

There's a big gap between the torso and pelvis, and the latter appears to be slightly bigger than the torso. He has two sets of sharp teeth in his jaw, and unlike the nightmare animatronics, the endoskeleton jaw does not have any sharp teeth. He has an angry expression, as seen with his eyes, and has the same pupils to those of the withered and shadow animatronics from Jolly 3: Chapter 2. He lacks eyebrows, but still sports his iconic top hat and bowtie. Due to the lighting, the bowtie could somehow turn from black to dark red.

Trivia

  • Rusty Freddy is the only animatronic in the game to have their icon blurred, as seen in his jaw.
  • Rusty Freddy was originally considered as a hallucination. However, it was confirmed in the official Jolly lore document that he isn't, as he is likely the same entity as the regular Freddy who was kept in a storage cellar under the House for decades, which led to him deteriorating.
