The Phone Guy is an employee working at Jolly's Fantasy World whose purpose is to call the player every night and explain to them how to protect themselves from the the animatronics, much like the original Phone Guy from Five Nights at Freddy's. He is voiced by Gamejolt user ISeeLT.

- On Night 2, he says "Y-you won't be hearing anything from me now on because I have some paper works to attend to. " Due to this, from Night 3 onwards there will be phone calls.
Phone Guy, called also Cassette Guy, is a character who appears in Jolly 3: Chapter 1. His voice is heard in tapes that Theo makes the player hear. Similarly to Phone Guy in FNaF 3, his tapes mostly contains description of rules, facts and company polices and don't give the player any important informations on how beat the night. He's voiced by Hatmaster777.

- Strangely, while his speech is recorded on a cassette, a phone ring may be heard before he speaks.
- It's possible that somebody recorded him on tape while he was giving employers information through the phone.

Phone Guy, known also as Jollibee's Manager, is a character from Jollibee's who gives instructions through phone calls. He calls trough the camera tablet, with the player allowed to decide whether to accept or decline his call. In the Death Ending, unlocked if the player completes all the post-shift jobs, he informs his boss Kevin Johnson that Justin Smith has died. He returns in Jollibee's: Phase 2, with his voice heard in a recorded message explaining the player's character how to fend off the animatronics. He's voiced by TheNextGenius.

- During the sixth night, he tells the player that the old guy disappeared, since Justin Smith (the guard we play as throught the first five nights) has died, as revealed the Death Ending.
Michael Scott (credited as Phone Guy) is a character who appears in Jollibee's: Phase 2. He's a LBM Shipments Inc Warehouse employee, who calls the player on the first night, telling them how the warehouse equipment works and what their job consists of. He's voiced by SocialExile.
